Five-Star Gymnastics of Ohio : Vivian has been on my gymnastics team for five years, and I feel that I know her very well. She has always led by example—rarely missing practice and always setting the work ethic very high for others. While Vivian isn't a naturally gifted gymnast, but she has excelled, has worked consistently and regularly to improve her skills. She has demonstrated resilience and perseverance by fighting through injury and illness.

Vivian is very diligent and always completes her practice assignment and sets an outstanding example for her teammates. She has developed such respect from her teammates that they all went to her orchestra concert as a group to return her support of them.

Vivian’s toughness and desire has helped her to improve every year—making it to level 9 gymnastics. She has been a pleasure and inspiration to have on our team. Our team has been a much better team because of her contributions both on and off the gymnastics apparatus.

Throughout the years, our TEGA family has had the pleasure of watching Kassidy grow up both inside and out of the gym. While her road to recovery was not easy, her persistence and dedication kept her showing up for modified training and to support her teammates. While her injury may have taken her out of training and competing in the all around, she's worked hard to improve and contribute on the events she could. All the while, her bubbly personality and sportsmanship was apparent in the gym as she continued to motivate and push her teammates to be their best. X-treme Gymnastics : Coach Teresa has had the pleasure of working with McKenna since the beginning of her gymnastics career. Her family is no stranger to gymnastics world as McKenna is the third gymnast in her family to compete in and graduate within the USAG program. While McKenna has had her share of setbacks (facing and overcoming labrum surgery in her shoulder) which took her out of training and competing bars, her perseverance and determination to do her best on the other events has been inspirational. Outside of the gym, McKenna is a member of her high school's (Magnificat) track and gymnastics teams as well as CYO basketball. McKenna's sportsmanship and kind hearted nature will be greatly missed in the gym. We wish her all the best as she embarks on a new chapter. Congratulations Ken Dog!

X-treme Gymnastics : Sydney has demonstrated great passion for the sport from a very young age. In spite of injuries resulting in her taking a break from club gymnastics, they surely couldn't keep her out of the gym. For the last three years she has been an essential member of our coaching staff instilling her love and enthusiasm to our compulsory teams, pre team, and recreational classes. When she announced she wanted to return to club to finish her senior year we were elated! Outside of the gym, Sydney is a member of her high school's (Berea-Midpark) cheer, diving, and gymnastics teams. In the classroom, she excels academically receiving Summa Cum Laude honors for the last three years and is a member of the National Honors Society. Sydney's drive and determination to accomplish her goals will take her anywhere she wants to go! It's been a pleasure to have been a part of her journey over the years. Congratulations Syd!

A young woman of faith, Saniya also takes pride in being one who gives back to her community through volunteering/community service. She is commonly referred to as the family house manager and is a wonderful, protective big sister to her younger brother. Saniya is very intelligent and is a member of the National Honor Society at Olentangy Orange High School.

Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center (DMGC) : Elise is one of the most kind and respectful athletes to have ever walked the walls of DMGC. She is genuine to all of her teammates and always willing to be a helping hand in the gym. She is a true leader through her actions in the gym. She's the first one to offer anyone help in the gym when it comes to helping teammates move mats, adjust bars, or help with motivation. Elise has battled ongoing challenges with vertigo for a few years now requiring her to specialize on floor. She has truly stuck it out in the sport to earn herself a Acro & Tumbling scholarship that came with its own set of challenges as her original school shut down. A new door did open for Elise and she is navigating that with integrity. DMGC is so proud of Elise's determination to stay in the sport and also be a tremendous teammate, employee and overall great human being! We wish her the best as she graduates and heads off to the next chapter in her life. DMGC will miss her dearly as she's developed a special bond with Dominique, DMGC teamates and also staff members!
