State Leotard Order Form

Hey Everyone,

I hope your spring is going well and that you are able to take in some of the sunshine we have recently received!

In an effort to help those athletes who were unable to purchase a State leotard, we are doing ONE LAST ORDER. Lori Johnson from GK Elite, has been receiving requests and we thought we would put out an email as a last chance effort. This way we hopefully will get anyone who still desires the State leotard the opportunity to purchase one. If you have not seen them, they are the bright blue tank with jewels of “ OHIO ” across the chest. We have sold out of every single leotard we purchased!

Attached, please find an order form with all the necessary information for purchasing this leotard.

Please feel free to distribute to your parents as well.

"JO Coach of the Year" nomination procedures:

Women's Administrative Committee Meeting - August 18, 2006**

States select a State JO Coach of the Year. This nomination will be submitted to the Regional JOCC at the Regional Championships.
Each Region will select a Regional JO Coach of the Year following the JO National Championships. This nomination will be submitted to Tom Koll on or before May 24, 2008.*

* The deadline has been altered to accommodate the 2008 schedule.

** The timeline of this process should be revisited at our WAC Meeting.
